First of all, register at room.nl and pay their fee. Through room.nl, you can react to available rooms and you get into a ranking system, based on how long you have been registered for at room.nl. So it’s worth it if you are registered early (one or two years in advance if possible), to enhance your chances of finding housing. Further, there is a facebook group called ‘Wageningen Student Plaza’, where many rooms are posted every week by student houses. Most houses will organize “hospiteer” evenings, either in person or online in order to ‘interview’ you if you’re a good fit.
